I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, which helps me to come alongside of women in various stages of life. I work with women who are hoping to conceive, women who are pregnant and women experiencing perimenopause and menopause.

I work with people to process negative experiences that range from an unpleasant experience to a severely traumatic one.

I us a blend of somatic experience in my work. This means I help people slow down and make sense of what they are feeling physically and emotionally.
