Clinical Supervision

A woman with short brown hair, wearing a light blue blouse, smiling and gesturing with her hands while talking to a patient with long brown hair, wearing a striped hospital gown, sitting in a yellow chair at a white table in a neutral-colored room.

One of my greatest joys is guiding new therapists as they discover their unique strengths and areas for growth. I was incredibly fortunate to have exceptional supervision during my associate years, which profoundly shaped the therapist I am today and inspired me to become a supervisor myself.  It can be overwhelming to go straight from a graduate program to a clinical setting as a brand-new associate.  I have been there, and I know it is important to find a supervisor who will challenge you, have high expectations, and support you as you grow into your career.  If you’re interested in learning more, just fill out the form below and I will get back to you.

“Elizabeth provided a balance of empathic understanding and challenge as a supervisor. She helped me lean on my strengths and identify blind spots in my clinical practice, and I am a stronger clinician for it!”
